Xinyi Songyuan Chemicals Co., Ltd.,first set up in 1998, is a joint venture cooperated between Guangdong Xinyi Rosin Factory and Summit Capital Enterprises Ltd. of Hongkong. In January of 2002, it was a venture exclusively with Hongkong's investment. It's mainly engaged in deep-processed products of rosin and turpentine. Having first-class production equipment,and realizing its management with modern science, it becomes the biggest producer of α-Pinene, β-Pinene separated from terpentine in China.

It has three main production lines: Alpha and Beta production line with yearly production capacity of 8000MTs, annual 5000MTs rosin modifed resins production line and annual 2000MTs terpene resins prodution line.
